LA is a thin wall wrapped bearing made of triple layer composite material which consists of a steel backing, a sintered porous bronze interlayered and calendered with PTFE and Pb mixture as a surface layer.

This is a low friction coefficient, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and can be used without oil, or only a trace of oil if needed. It is a low cost, low vibration and low noise bearing which is also compact and light, and can form a transfer film of PTFE, which protects the mating surface from scoring.

LA is widely applied in various sliding components on a variety of machines such as printing machines, textile machines, cigarette machines, gymnastic machines, hydraulic cylinders, vehicles, automobiles, motorcycles, agriculture and forests machines and so on.
