Aluminium BronzeNES833 Wrought alloy having high corrosion resistance(especially sea water), strength and resistance to fatigue & wear, with increased impact resistance.
GunmetalG1 Lead free gunmetal, used for high strength applications
High tensile BrassHTB1 High strength with good resistance to corrosion
High tensile BrassHTB2 High strength with good resistance to corrosion
Leaded BronzeLB1-C General purpose bearing alloy, suitable for corrosive conditions, and poor lubrication.
Leaded BronzeLB2-C General purpose bearing alloy, suitable for corrosive conditions, and poor lubrication.
Leaded BronzeLB4-C Low load bearing use where lubrication and alignment is poor.
Leaded BronzeLB5-C Low load bearing use where lubrication and alignment is poor.
Leaded GunmetalLG2-C Leaded gunmetal with wide range of application esspecially water fittings & valves
Leaded GunmetalLG4-C Similar to above but with higher strength.
Leaded GunmetalSAE 660 Good all-round bearing alloy, with excellent availability
Leaded phosphor bronzeLPB1 Similar applications to PB1/2, but where strength is less critical.
Nickel GunmetalG3 Lead free gunmetal, used for high strength applications. Very good of heavy duty bearing applications
Phosphor BronzePB101/2/3/4 Wrought specification. Applications where toughness, wear resistance and hardness are required. Requires good lubrication and alignment
Phosphor BronzeDTD265A Similar to above
Phosphor BronzePB1-C Cast specification, with applications as above
Phosphor BronzePB2-C Similar to above, but also used on gear and worm wheels.
